Pão de Queijo – Brazilian Cheese Bread Bites

Pão de Queijo are small, gluten-free cheese breads from Brazil. They’re crispy on the outside, gooey and chewy inside, and completely addictive. No yeast, no rising time – just mix, bake, and eat warm.

Ingredients:
2 cups tapioca starch
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 ½ cups grated parmesan or mozzarella

How to Make It:
Heat milk and oil until just boiling, then pour over tapioca starch and mix.
Let cool slightly, add eggs and salt, then mix in cheese until dough forms.
Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.

Why You’ll Love It:
Gluten-free and made with simple ingredients.
Ready in 30 minutes with no waiting for dough to rise.
Perfect snack or breakfast – eat them warm straight from the oven.

Serving Tip: Best served fresh. They’re amazing with coffee for breakfast or as a side to soups.
